Troy,

Depending on the print emulator you are using, I have found that print files 
defined as 132 but only using 80 will still try to print
landscape.  So the question is, is the printer file defined as 80 or 132.

BTW, I've also run into situations where even 80 doesn't work and I have to 
define the file as 79.
