Yes, you can run a SQLRPG program on a box without the SQL LPP product installed. I had a client that had the SQL LPP on a small development 400, but not on their big production 400. Dan Bale IT - AS/400 Handleman Company 248-362-4400 Ext. 4952 -------------------------- Original Message -------------------------- My machine has SQL installed. If I write an RPG program that includes embedded SQL statements and create that program on my box, will it run on a box that does not have SQL installed? I have found that RUNSQLSTM doesn't work on a box w/o SQL installed. Could this be a possible workaround? +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
