Mark, At the very least, you need to initialize your ERRORDS values. The first field (BYTPRV) should be filled in by the program and passed to the API. It tells the API how much error data you want back. Since you have defined the data structure to be 216 bytes, you should initialize this field to 216. Then the errords might get filled with an error that means something.
