It was in V3R1?  Wow, I could have used it a year sooner than I did!  Of
course, maybe I would have noticed it sooner if V3R1 had just WORKED when we
put it on the machine...

Oops.  I just realized you referenced the CHGPF, not the ADDPFTRG example
mentioned.  And sure enough, I checked and that was added in V3R6.  But I
see it
was also added in V3R1, not V3R2, so my statement about release parity still
stands.

They say memory is the second thing to go, but I don't remember what the
first
thing is...
