Data Importation

I am aware this is off topic...
 
I have received an Oracle .dmp file from a customer who wants this data imported into the 400.  Normally I get ascii text files, or .DBF files...    I was able to look at the data but to actually extract it into separate files....   stuck. 
 
Any suggestions.
