I just bought the one Jose mentions, and it is very good. You might also try
"RPG IV Jump Start" by Bryan Meyers, or Bob Cozzi's "The Modern RPGIV Language"
... that's one of my favorites for explanations of op codes.

Try "Programming in RPGIV" by Bryan Meyers and Judy Yaeger.
ISBN 1-58304-074-9
By 29th street press.
Simple and easy to read.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations as to some good
reference material (books or other media) to RPG IV (ILE), ex.
ILE for Dummies (if one exist). Or if I could get any feed back on the
following book, The RPG Programmer's Guide to RPG IV and
ILE -588 Book. I'm looking for something that is relatively simple to
understand with some coding examples also, unlike the IBM
manuals that com with RPG IV (ILE). Any suggestions or recommendations
would be greatly appreciated. PS. I already have the " Who
Knew You Could Do That With RPG IV", "A Sorcerer's Guide to System Access
and More".

Thanks
