Mark, The parameters to this API are "Char, Binary, Char and Char" there is no "pointer" type parameter being passed. At the same time, however, all parameters are passed "by reference", (i.e. by pointer) since thats the way parameters work. I dont understand why you're concerned about QMHQRDQD returning more than 32,767 bytes, when the maximum amount that it can return is only 108 bytes?! Perhaps you mean QMHRDQM?
