QzhbCGIParse API.

Brad,

What type of problem are you having?  After a POST, you should be able
to call QzhbCGIParse with a command string of -POST and then parse
through the CGII0200 format to find the various variable name/variable
value pairs.

What are you seeing in the Target buffer?
