Odp: RPG error

Recently I had problem with CPYFRMIMPF which generate this same msg.
It seems disappeared after set of BD2 ptfs SF99104-11. 

By the way what is teraspace?

  outside current limit for object F4102     QTEMP     F4102.         
Function check. MCH0601 unmonitored by P55220 at statement 0000000707,
  instruction X'0000'.                                                

Scenario:

RPGA has FileD in it's F spec.  A CL creates FileA, FileB, or FileC in
QTEMP.  Based on a parameter, the CL overrides FileD to FileA, FileB or
FileC.  The program runs fine if the file to override to is FileA or FileB.
When the file to override to is FileC, I get the message above.
