RPG error

Anyone have any ideas why I'm getting this error ?

Space offset X'00000FE0' or teraspace offset X'0000000000000000' is  
  outside current limit for object F4102     QTEMP     F4102.        
Function check. MCH0601 unmonitored by P55220 at statement 0000000707,
  instruction X'0000'.                                               

Scenario:

RPGA has FileD in it's F spec.  A CL creates FileA, FileB, or FileC in QTEMP.  Based on a parameter, the CL overrides FileD to FileA, FileB or FileC.  The program runs fine if the file to override to is FileA or FileB.  When the file to override to is FileC, I get the message above.
