Jim, there have a bazillion threads talking about passing numeric
parameters
to programs as 15,5 - but you missed the most important part of the whole
15,5 rule: it only applies to calling programs from the command line.
Another
important part of the rule is this: it applies to all programs, not just
RPG.

It's true that when you are calling a program from the command line that
it's
most convenient to define the parameters as 15,5 but if you are calling RPG
from CL, you can define the RPG parameters to match your CL.
