Want to avoid the RMVLIBLE and ADDLIBLE stuff? Create a job description and 
enter it in SBMJOBs JOBD parameter!

It works! And it is a common approach. There are situations when there is 
much more data to process than the parameters in your CL. Then a member 
approach might be easier / better. (but that's another thread... :-)
