First time contributing to the mailing list.

I need to write a program that draws a block (dinamic) around some text. I don't
want to make use of "+' for the corners. Does anybode know where to find EBCDC
Codes for the corners, eg. Eval    Char = X'??', or a better way to do it ?

It should look something like this:
