Did this some years ago; i expanded the command and the CLLE. I think that 
your override won't take place as it's actually no print file in use. The 
tool uses spool APIs to create the new one. You have to change the 
attributes in the CPP of DUPSPLF. Looks weird, but with the manual you 
should figure it out. An override will never work.

If it wasn't that particular program, i'd guessed that there would be an 
OVRPRTF SECURE(*YES) in the CPP. (But not in this case).
