Multiple Conditional Breakpoints in Debug

Can I do conditional breakpoint based on 2 or more conditions (like WHEN
CUSTNO = 123 AND IVN# = 456) ?  I have tried this and can't seem to get the
syntax correct (assuming it can be done).
