OVRDBF (*ALL)

This question may be beyond the scope of this system but I would like to ask 
anyways since it is really bugging me.

I have a file with multiple members and I want my RPG program to read all the 
members. My problem is it is only reading the first member.  All I am using 
is OVRDBF with the MEMBERS(*ALL).  Should I be using the SHARE(*YES) or any 
other things in order for this to work?

To get around it I built a loop in the CL to change the member names for me 
but I do not want to keep that code there as it shouldn't be needed.
