Page rotation is controlled by the PAGRTT parameter of the printer file. In order to force landscape mode, you can set PAGRTT(90) either in the printer file itself or, preferably, on an OVRPRTF command.

What printer are you using to print (9x11) and how is it connected. If it is a Laser you should have no problem, it it is an Impact this may be more tricky.

I have a program that runs on greenbar paper 14 x 11 and I would like to rotate the report so it can run on

9 x 11 paper and I need to rotate the report so it will print along the paper in landscape. Can anyone help me to rotate the report? It is written in RPG. Thanks in advance.
