Title: e-RPG input box

I have just purchased Brad Stone's book on e-RPG and I am looking to write a portion of code which will allow me to use a text box as an input field from a web program to an e-RPG program. There are several examples of how to code in HTML but I am looking for an example of how to code the following text in e-RPG:
