Half rounding the eval statement works. And I'll use it whenever I run into
this situation again, but it bothers me that 10**0 doesn't equal one in a
nested expression.
As a rule of thumb should I half round all eval statements?

how about the EVAL(RH) which, I believe, instructs the OS to use the result
decimal precision rules to calculate the result.
