Hi.  I have an interesting task.  I need to check for the existence of an
object on the 400 and I would like to do so using either an API or a
procedure.  I need to check for the existence of user profiles now, but
there may be the need in the future to check for the existence or other
objects on the system.  I would like to do this in RPG rather than calling a
CL or executing a command from RPG.  Any ideas?

Ps.  Does anyone have a good source for the API's on the system.  I find
that IBM has a fragmented structure as to the documentation.  I would like
it if there is somewhere to get a list of all the API's on the system and
what they do.
