It's a long time since I've used IDDU, but I seem to remember there was a problem with deleting *DTADCT: the data dictionary is created with the same name as the library containing it; if the library was renamed afterwards, it was not possible to delete the dictionary. So, if that applies to your situation, rename the library to the same name as the dictionary and then remove the *DTADCT object.
