Hi All,

Firstly, it's been a long time since I've posted to this list but I have been
reading often and find the last few months have been pretty much interesting.

Now to my problem. . .

I'm busy writing a program which formats fields and outputs to a file CSV-style
(ie. quotations around the strings, comma-delimited, etc...). The problem I'm
having is that the people who need the file in this format also require an
upside-down/inverted question mark as an end-of-record delimiter. The first
thing I did try was to ask the people in question whether there could be any
other character used as an end-of-record delimiter to which I received a prompt
no.

Any recommendations/suggestions . . .

Regards
John.
