Go to menu LICPGM, take option 11.

Place the OS/400 CDROM in the drive.

Then select the option :
                                   Install Licensed Programs

     Type options, press Enter.
                         1=Install
                    Licensed       Product
     Option    Program   Option          Description
     1    5769SS1   13             OS/400 - System Openness Includes
