Sure.
     
Find the job that your program is running in.  
     
WRKACTJOB JOB(instance)
     
You'll see a few jobs.  Usually the second one from the top.  I usually just 
run my CGI a few times, then F5 the WRKACTJOB screen to see which one 
changes CPU.  There's other ways, but this is easy enough.
     
Once you found the job, do a 5 on it from WRKACTJOB.  Then, Start a service 
job
     
STRSRVJOB JOB(xxx/xxx/xxx)
     
After that, STRDBG on the program name.  Invoke your CGI program from the 
browser and you'll be in debug on the job that you started the service job 
on.
