That's right.  This is the way the system is designed to behave.  See the
Application Display Programming manual for a description of how subfiles
work with SFLPAG<>SFLSIZ.  Having said that, I find that when I can't
adequately answer a question it's probably because I didn't understand it
well enough.  What business problem are you trying to solve?
