AS400 System Problem!

I was trying to configure AS/400 system in my office.  First when I powerd on
the system it showed "0 1   BN" and later when I pressed the white button for
IPL.  It was verifiying the CD-ROM, TAPE-DRIVE till this process every thing
was going fine.  Later on system showed "00000020" in display and no process
in the system.

system model is 9410-200.
