Yes, it is possible - I printed some books and Linux documentation this way - I also gave somebody an example how to forge a report by downloading a spool to a PC file, changing some value and printing it. Unfortunately, I forgot how to do it - it was some time ago. If I remember it again, I'll post it. But this is possible.
