Do you think that calling a question Stupid, is a valid response for a
request for help.

Everyone subscribed to this list has a right to ask any question they think
is pertinent,
It is not for you to call someone's question, Stupid.

How are people going to be encouraged to ask questions if they feel
threatened by a
Potentially insulting response.

Perhaps you didn't mean to be insulting, so I advise a little more thought
about your wording in future.
