I learned RPGIV in about a week. It would have been quicker if I would have
know ahead of time the things that changed.
To speed up the process it would help to know the F SPEC OPTIONS, D SPECS,
using the new EVAL op code and the new format of the IF.
But for the most part when you convert a program from RPGIII to RPGIV the
differences are minimal with the exception of the F SPEC and the D SPEC.
Sounds like your management doesn't want to fix it if it ain't broke.
