RE: Question concerning entry level programmer skills

Answer the question, Jim!  I'd like to hear to.  Everyone spouts about what
they would look for.  I'd like to hear what the pay would be if they matched
it.  I'm sure others would as well.

We all want a Ferarri, but only want to pay for an '88 Escort.  ;)
