Some more information please.

Hpw are the six different formats defined in the RPG program. Are they
defined on the input specs or using externally defined data structures?

The message would seem to imply that the program is trying to reference
some data item that does not exist. Since this is on a READ statement (I
assume the 668 is the source statment number and you have specified
Option(*Srcstmt) on the H Spec) it imply that the program is expecting
to input a field on the read but is not finding it.
