I am not absolutely clear on what you need to do.  But it sounds like what
you're looking to do is to logically join two files.  Short of defining a
new logical file, your options include using OPNQRYF or SQL, possibly even
WRKQRY if you're just creating a report.  If you have more questions on
these, please be more specific about your requirements.  Are you updating
anything?  Is this a report program, interactive inquiry, etc.?
