client access - unaccessible

We are currently running client access, V3R2 MO...SF59923, with an AS/400 720 
box. An error message occurred on one of our PC workstations with the 
following text: "#CWBLM0020...An internal or unexpected error has occurred 
within the license manager function." The second level help text was not much 
help. Has anybone bumped into this problem before and would you be so kind to 
relay your thoughts so we can repair the trouble.
