Ok, here's the official policy:

ANYTHING related to RPG programming on the AS/400 is fair game ... it 
doesn't matter what flavor of RPG (visual, II, III, IV, ILE, etc.).

CL interfacing to RPG: fine
OPNQRYF as it relates to RPG: fine
OPNQRYF without any relationship to RPG: bzzzttt... sorry, try again next 
time :)

As I've said before (and I'm sure I'll say again): If there is an interest 
in having a separate list for a topic, I'll be happy to create it.

p.s. Just a FYI: I really bristle when people post messages that are 
totally unrelated to the topic of the list "Because the people here are so 
smart".  Topic is topic.  Please stick to it.
