Joel,

If you're on RPG/IV subtract today's date, using subdur opcode, from
20000418, then subtract 7 from that value.  If you're on RPG/400 or RPGIII,
get SUBDUR from the internet or BOB COZZI's web site and pass those dates to
the program and subtract 7 from the result.
