You have FTP associated with Internet explorer. The way aroudn this, to run the DOS FTP, is to give the full path of the .EXE in the run box. The path is on my NT 4.0 server: c:\winnt35\system32 (yes, it is 4.0, not 3.5, I just istalled into that dir for 3.5 and upgrading wouldn't let me change it *shrug*). yours might be c:\winnt35\system32 so, you would run the command: c:\winnt\system32\ftp.exe Then you will get the box like you expect. There is some way to either unassociate the FTP or to assicaite it to the FTP.EXE, but I never bothered looking for how to do that. Regards, Jim Langston I am, therefore I think.
