The "resistance is futile" tack, eh? ;-) Please understand, I've got a lot of experience using external printer files. Everything that can be done in O-specs I know how to accomplish in DDS. I have also used DDS functions not available for internal printer files. Along those lines, I have used RLU more than enough to form the poor opinion I have of it. In many of the shops I have contracted with, this is a moot point. Shop standards usually dictate whether to use internal or external printer files. Hey, isn't Code/400 supposed to be included in the ADT licensed product next release? Maybe that will get me "assimilated". Have you noticed? I'm starting to get the hint on the virtues of externalizing. So, stop hitting me already! ;-) - Dan Bale > -----Original Message----- > From: Gary Guthrie [SMTP:GaryGuthrie@home.com] > Sent: Tuesday, April 11, 2000 3:44 PM > To: RPG400-L@midrange.com > Subject: Re: external *PRTF > > Dan, > > Don't fight it.
