Gee, Don, your weekends must rival mine for excitement and variety of
outside stimuli. <g>

We've still got a problem even with one eye, since balance and the
kinaesthetic sense also help with 3d orientation.  As far as the time
dimension, maybe we need a dotard like me whose perception of time is
rapidly approaching the infinite present.
