There is a MAJOR problem with most of the mascots submitted to date: They
mostly have 2 eyes. This means that more the most part they can see and
think in more than 1 dimension. However, the "great minded powers that
be" that are in charge of RPG, still INSIST that RPG remain 1 dimensional
in its variable definitions. You will never see a multi dimensional
variable in RPG, therefore, the mascots will always be more versatile that
the language in that they'll be able to think in more than one dimension.

>From a mathematical standpoint, we think and view in x,y,z space. Some
would argue we think in t,x,y,z space where time is the 4th dimension.
But to any any all RPG, X space is all it gets and since it has no
historical reference sans being programmed for it, it has no t dimension
either.

Ergo, I submit that due to lack of simple basic (yes even BASIC has
multi-D arrays! IMAGINE THAT TORONTO!!!) we must limit outselves to
simpler organisms...perhaps paramecium, euglena or omeba...:) ..until
Toronto wakes up and provides us with better variable utility in RPG
and stops wasting time in other less used languages...some of which
have been given multi-d variables and NO I'm not rewriting my apps.....:)
