What is the link to this program?  I am trying to read up 
on it.  So far the only thing I found was a brief reference 
to it in the Redbook.

I am trying to clean up a Program Signature Violation by 
using Binder Language.  However I need to fix existing programs.  
Therefore I need to find them.  I thought of pumping each 
program through this beast to determine if it needs fixing.

I did find the information in V4R3 bookmanager.  Is there a 
web link?
