Make sure you do not have a lock on the record in the main program before
calling the service program. Also make sure the service program released
all locks before returning to the main program.

Subject: Service Program Question.

Suppose I had a service program that accessed a file that was also accessed
by the program that uses the service program.

What kind of problems if any would this cause?

I am leaning to code and use service programs and the question just popped
into my head.
