Apply the changes indicated, when invoking the RPG program from command line
Follow the following:

CALL RPGPGM PARM(A0123456789)  where 0123456789 represents number
in this case you will have to left pad with zeros, make sure you have 10
digits after "A"
ie: 0000001234 etc....

All you have to do is define the incoming parameter as a char field in RPG
will receive the value as  char.,
in RPG redefine the field.
