  • Subject: extracting file/field relations thru SQL catalogs

Hello and happy Monday to all,

We have referential constraints on all/most of our physical files and i am
looking for a way to build a table with the file and field relation values.

To be more precise, i am trying to extract the name of the Parent File and
its Child(ren) along with the , parent Key (Primary key) which is related to
the child key (foreign key) and store them as a record.

I researched for a while with the catalogs and none of them seem to have the
full information i am looking for. I think i am missing something somewhere.

If u have any suggestions as to which of the SQL catalog tables to use to
retrieve these info, or suggest any other approach like using API's , it
would be of great help.

Thanks in advance for ur inputs

And once again, Happy Monday

BVK
