Invite keyword in display file

I have a display file that I need to put in the invite keyword in.  when I do this it makes the whole screen write when I select a certain selection, but before the invite was put in it would just update part of the screen.   

 

 

How can I get it to update just the part of the screen with the invite in the display file?
