Bill - We send data files to a Bank using BSC. There is no CRTBSCF command. You create the device, controller, and line as the BSC. Then you create the ICF file. The manual that outlines all of this is the BSCEL Manual - I can get you the number. It stands for Bisynch Equivalence Link. There are pretty good examples in there, too.
