Yes.

2 hours delay is in fact short. Sometimes messages make it to midrange.com
and back in some minutes; sometimes they travel a day or so.

And they sometimes are out of order, answers appear quite a time before the
original request.

I understand that every message is searching its own way to midrange.com and
back to me and that some ways may lead up to some delay.

I do not think that there is something to understand for mortals... :-)

This whole thing was designed for war - but i think receiving military
commands like the messages in this list would lead to a big mess/defeat.
Maybe that's why we didn't see another world war.... :-))
