        Short answer:  
        RTVNETA SYSNAME(&SYSNAME)

        Longer answer:
        To simplify some testing situations, I prefer to set this value in a
data area when the system is first installed.  Then programs retrieve it
from the data area.  That way, I can take advantage of the library list to
"change" the system name on my development machine.
