A lot of people aren't interested in the why or the how. They just want to
get the message off their screen. One habit I've formed is whenever I
install a new interactive program that actually does something, I scan
QEZDEBUG every morning for several weeks. I've learned a lot about how I
should have written the program int the first place. (Of course I could
have written a bug free program instead. <g>)

We've tried to educate people that "D" is better than "C." <g> It's
amazing how many times people will answer error messages without calling for
support.
