Well no, in my haste I just stepped all over my words, all I meant was that I couldn't see any way to make the error handler a black box that will catch and fix all errors without intervention from a user/programmer. I meant that without getting program specific the best you could hope to do is trap the error so the program ends up feet first. -- L. S.
