I got several replies, and thanks to all of you!, that basically said the
same thing....BUT, I'm specifying the target lib for the pgm to be created
in....  ie:  crtpgm  lib1/pgm .....  SO, this sounds more like a APAR in
the making as I should be overlaying the *curlib in the object lib...
